If you would like to request a therapy dog visit by our teams, please complete the Contact Us form and include specific information about the requested visit.
This page should not be used for requests for therapy dogs for court appearances in Winnebago or Boone County. Requests of this nature must be submitted directly to the Office of the 17th Circuit Chief Judge from the court’s website.
